Yoga with Daniel Rawson

With a passion for Yoga, Daniel lives and teaches all aspects of Yoga with a concise, simple and practical approach, facilitating people to experience the joys of true yogic. He regularly frequents India to partake in the long tradition of spiritual masters.

Daniel also has background in Physiotherapy, giving an in-depth knowledge across anatomy and physiology. This enables classes to be tailored to student’s individual needs. Classes focus upon releasing tensions, balancing and calming the mind, and connecting one to their soul.

Daniel’s interest in yoga began is his teens whilst studying a Physiotherapy ddanielegree. After more than 20 years of his own practice in meditation, yoga and eastern mysticism, Daniel’s heart and mind have been opened to the possibilities and joy that yoga offers. His classes aim to share this through an authentic path of yoga.

Classes

My approach to classes is to meet the needs of the participants who attend the session in an open-caring way. By giving clear concise and not too many instructions, so one can journey safely into their inner world. Modifications are given in Asana’s so the practitioner can explore their own limits and challenges.

With a touch of devotion, Daniel’s classes will unlock tensions, release, relax and strengthen the body; balance energy through breath; calm the mind via cultivation of equanimity and gratitude through relaxation guided meditations. Your spirit will be uplifted, through a nurturing practice.

OM OM OM

I continue to visit India regularly, teaching and absorbing yogic knowledge. With physiotherapy background I understands the mechanics of a healthy body and have sensitivity around injuries and recovery plans.

I also specializes in private sessions, such as one on ones, group session in the park or at the beach and recovery plans. You can have a class tailored to meet your level or whatever your yoga aims are.

In addition to regular yoga classes, Daniel also specializes in teaching to groups with specific needs such as Private, Meditation, Co-orporate and Bhakthi Yoga approaches.

Daniel regularly facilitates meditation classes,  alongside pujas (prayer offerings) and kirtans.

“Some people like prayer, some like offerings – ‘pujas’, some like ‘bhajans’ – hymns, some prefer yoga, others meditation, to name a few of the many spiritual paths. All paths are right. Choose whatever path your heart desires and follow it.” Sri Sakthi Amma
